Accomplishing our quality goals and objectives, we have formed a partnership between our management and union employees. Every employee is part of our quality system. The necessary resources are allocated to carrying out our strategies and fulfilling our long range needs of our customers through lean manufacturing techniques. We are eliminating the dependence on mass inspections by actively pursuing ever-improving programs that enables each employee to do their job right the first time.

We have developed joint quality plans and programs with our suppliers to assure that our sources provide quality products that consistently conform to our customers' specifications. We conduct periodic on-site assessments of our primary sources to verify that their quality programs and manufacturing activities meet our customers' quality standards.

As with any quality-conscious company, we are monitoring and continually improving our internal processes and systems to reduce our error rates and achieve zero defects.
