Polyethylene foam can be die-cut to separate and support fragile parts, or provide an excellent cushion in a convoluted or flat pad form. Genesee Packaging manufactures a wide variety of partition assemblies and dividers. To protect painted parts, corrugated plastic or polycoated chipboard is recommended. If your parts will not fit into a typical round or square cell, a custom Genesee die-cut divider may be the solution Electronic or calibrated parts may require die-cut trays or inserts to secure them from movement.
